Description
Right now in RADOS bench if you write some data out with the --no-cleanup flag but ctrl+c or kill the process before it is finished, a later test doing seq reads will claim that no data has been written out. It would be useful to be able to do read back whatever data was written before the write test was canceled. This would be especially useful when using rados bench as a load generator while testing backfill.
