I think the name we liked best so far was NOTICE.
For each WARN "health check" a la #7192, reconsider its severity, and change some to be NOTICE.
The distinction is: * WARN: for things which will require admin intervention. * NOTICE: for things which are not quite right, but are not worth waking up in the night for.
