Looks like this is being caused because ~teuthworker/.local/bin isn't in python's PATH; it is, however, in the PATH specified in ~teuthworker/.profile.

Somehow, when these workers were started, they weren't using the PATH specified in .profile.

Sandon, when you started them, how did you do it? I want to make sure to cover that base.

This was caused by switching to the user without using - on su... Copied the path to .bashrc as well so the path will be there either way.

While Sandon did fix the one issue, I'm not convinced the overall issue is entirely fixed.
