Description
The documentation to add monitors manually does not note that the admin keyring file needs to be present
when adding a new monitor: http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/add-or-rm-mons/#adding-a-monitor-manual
This may throw off someone who is unaware this is always needed for the monitors to talk between them.
