Description

qemu-kvm-rhev will dynamically load librbd if /usr/lib64/qemu/librbd.so.1 exists.

The librbd package needs to add the /usr/lib64/qemu dir if it doesn't exist:

mkdir -p $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_libdir}/qemu

and then add a symlink from /usr/lib64/qemu/librbd.so.1 to /usr/lib64/librbd.so.1
