Description

There are a few things I've added that incorrectly interpret g_conf.id as a rank: Dumper and cmds standbys and maybe one or two others. Fix these before they get released!

I don't think it's a major bug as they're all specialized use cases where expecting a rank is reasonably appropriate, but we don't want to create confusion or future liabilities.
