Description
At the moment "sample.ceph.conf" is incomplete (some essential options are missing);
it uses old deprecated options and overrides default paths that docs are specifically do not recommended to override.
The following pull request addresses the above problems and adds more configuration options with corresponding descriptions and references to online docs:
