Description
Instead of having to individual adjust weights for all osds in a rack or downloading the crushmap, modifying and entire subtree and inserting the new map it would be helpful to be able to reweight a crush subtree with a single ceph cli command. Example:
ceph crush reweight-subtree <bucket> <weight>

In what scenarios would this actually be a good idea? You trying to do incremental bring-up or something?

Exactly, this would improve the operator UX for adding capacity to a cluster, a pod/rack/node at a time.
