Description
When a storage node using dmcrypt for OSDs is started, the OSDs do not get started.
Running ceph-disk activate after the boot starts the OSDs.
After some tests, it seems like ceph-disk activate is called by udev before the journal gets mapped.
Ceph release is Dumpling
Journal and data on the same disk.
