Description

The command was fixed for CentOS but not for fedora:

RuntimeError: Failed to execute command: su -c 'rpm --import "https://ceph.com/git/?p=ceph.git;a=blob_plain;f=keys/autobuild.asc"'

Merged into ceph-deploy master branch with hash: 5145d94

It makes sure that all `rpm --import` commands are the same across distros that use `rpm`
