Ensure sync/drop_caches is done on the OSDs between any performance tests

Description

When multiple tests are done on the same cluster be they rados bench, fio, bonnie++, etc, ensure that a sync and drop_caches command are performed before every test.

ie:

sync
echo 3 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
