Description

Executing `ceph orch rm smb.foo` gets stuck in `<deleting>` phase.

I suspect that there may be an issue removing services that are currently running init containers. In this case I typoed a parameter and the "mustjoin" init container was not able to join active directory.

I first I thought it was going to be stuck in this state forever, but as I was writing this ticket my system finally showed that the smb service was no longer in `orch ls`.
