Move features to advanced section in create image form¶
A followup from the comment https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/56514#issuecomment-2022426715
- Moves "features" section in rbd image create form to "Advanced" section.
- Makes rbd configuration section to be expanded by default rather than being collapsed as it has only single section. This will improve user experience as it will not require two clicks where advanced section is present. This will be a change across the dashboard since rbd configuration section is a shared component
- updates e2e test
