ceph-deploy should properly delimit commands

Description

It is currently hard to tell where ceph-deploy commands start, for example if one is deploying 10 monitors
there is no delimiter so that it is easier to tell where monitor FOO was installed.

Before doing every command, ceph-deploy should use that command in the log output.
