Description

https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/main/qa/tasks/cephfs/test_mirroring.py#L711,
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/main/qa/tasks/cephfs/test_mirroring.py#L749 .
These tests won't hit 'state' key, as it's in the 'peer status' command. Fix them.

My bad, this is not a bug. The 'state' key exists.
