Description

The chef recipe should not hard code inktank specific Urls (repositories, etc.), or should let room to override them easily, so that anyone can be able to use chef-solo build on targets.

I'm looking at the solo-from-scratch script and don't see a way to make all the URLs in it configurable. What if we made the location of the script to use configurable so you could have the chef task wget your own?
