Description

It looks like a fairly-straightforward transition to "include_tasks:" (or maybe "import_tasks:"?), but usage should be analyzed and recoded ASAP. Two Jenkins jobs were modified to pin ansible to < 9 for this reason, and when include: is removed, they should be unpinned (https://github.com/ceph/ceph-build/pull/2180)
