Description
Right now, cephfs-shell requires the ceph configuration file. However, its possible to connect to a ceph cluster by passing the mon addr, user and the keyring. Add this support to cephfs-shell. This feature will come in handy when requesting folks to run some file system utilities for certain issues. Right now, folks have to mount the file system or use cephfs-shell which requires ceph.conf.
