Description

Using a wildcard should output "osds ..... instructed to deep-scrub"
$ ceph osd deep-scrub '*'
osds 0,1,2,3 instructed to *

A single specified osd looks fine.
$ ceph osd deep-scrub osd.0
osd.0 instructed to deep-scrub
