Description

Sphinx has been upgraded to 1.1.3, fixing the index problem. However, we do have an outstanding issue with Doxygen. Apparently there was a library called "breathe," which Tommi had to hack into something he called "asphyxiate." That output from gitbuilder still generates an error. So we should eventually clean this up.
