Description

Currently, sync scripts do not error out if there is a problem with incomplete packages. Fix these scripts to error out clearly if there is a problem.

Random ideas (that we discussed verbally):

- make the scrip save all terminal outputs automatically
- make script die if there is an error during the run
- compare the packages directory listing Chacra vs. the local directory listing on the signer machine vs. the packages directory listing on download.ceph.com
