Description

Currently cephadm binary logs to a file, located by default in `/var/log/ceph/cephadm`. However, on our setups, everything goes to journald, with come log aggregation in place.

It would be nice, and we are interested, if cephadm binary could also log into journald instead of a file. So people using journald would not need for an exception to aggregate logs from cephadm.

I'll be looking into this after the refactoring of cephadm into multiple files. We need to revalidate the logging as part of that effort so logging should be fresh in my mind and updating it easier.
