Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy ceph using cephadm
2.add label to host
3.try to remove label which does not exist for that host
4.still cephadm says it removed

Actual results:
cephadm not validating label while removing label name

Expected results:
cephadm should validate label while removing label name
if that label not exist it should print that message saying label does not exist
