Description

Currently the default for both is something under /tmp. This is wrong:

- putting cache data in tmpfs makes little sense in the immutable object cache case and is actually harmful in the PWL cache case
- in the immutable object cache case it's conflicting with PrivateTmp=true setting in ceph-immutable-object-cache systemd service file, see https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/48974
