Description

if a persistent topic was created, it can only be removed via the REST API.
"radosgw-admin topic rm" works only on non-persistent topics

Is the expected behavior for delete of persistent topic to delete the underlying rados object holding the notification messages as well ?
Coz even after trying to delete the topic via aws-cli the rgw is still sending the pending notifications for the bucket.
