I wish I had another cluster to corroborate. Was running on 17.2.5 since October. Bucket mtime was populated. After upgrading to 17.2.6 last week, all buckets are showing a value of "0.000000".

RGW Dashboard shows Dec 31 1969 for modification time.

I'm unable to find any pertinent changes regarding bucket stats in the 17.2.6 release.
