Description

Various bugs or other problems with keystone can result in ceph getting or beliving it got an empty or obviously invalid admin token. When this happens, the resulting log messages are not very helpful.

I've got a set of changes which add a lot more paranoia to ceph's keystone admin token handling, and I'll shortly post a PR with this.

Still to do - need regular inline tests of keystone functionality (ideally separate from tempest).
