Description

With the current implementation, the OSD remembers the filters that have been used on the workbench when you switch back to dashboard.

Fix #6063 - reset viz when switching to dashboard

- send a reset to viz on viz:dashboard event
- reset filter widget collection and visual state on viz:dashboard event

This one is a little trickier than I expected. The way I accomplish the filter is to not render the raphael objects by filtering them out by passing a set of filter functions to the viz.

I've experimented with resetting them and can make it work, so I know how, I'm just looking at the best way to implement this now.
