Description

I see these 3 machines locked

plana24   locked scheduled_teuthology@teuthology "/var/lib/teuthworker/archive/teuthology-2013-08-14_01:30:28-upgrade-fs-next-testing-basic-plana/106427" 
plana41   locked scheduled_teuthology@teuthology "/var/lib/teuthworker/archive/teuthology-2013-08-14_01:30:28-upgrade-fs-next-testing-basic-plana/106427" 
plana96   locked scheduled_teuthology@teuthology "/var/lib/teuthworker/archive/teuthology-2013-08-14_01:30:28-upgrade-fs-next-testing-basic-plana/106427"

but that job locked 3 different machines and ran to completion. I assumet his is an HTTP retry and the operation is not idempotent?
