Description

Seen in http://pulpito.front.sepia.ceph.com/vshankar-2023-05-06_17:28:05-fs-wip-vshankar-testing-20230506.143554-testing-default-smithi/7264882/

test_refuse_client_session_on_reconnect leads to cluster warning something like

"1683517871.4288714 mds.a (mds.0) 1 : cluster [WRN] client could not reconnect as file system flag refuse_client_session is set" in cluster log
which fails the job in teuthology.

Add this line to log-ignorelist
