Teuthology error logging could be better,

for ex:
tamil@ubuntu:~/next/teuthology$ ./virtualenv/bin/teuthology-lock --list burnupi27 --summary

(--list | --list-targets | --lock | --unlock | --lock-many NUM_TO_LOCK | --update | --summary)

teuthology-lock: error: argument --summary: not allowed with argument --list

while the above error says, summary is not allowed with list, it would be nice, if it also mentions, --brief is required with list.
