Description

Taking a service and wanting exactly that same service but with the "unmanaged" flag toggled true or false is a fairly common operation. Currently, the only way to do so is the export the spec (unless you have the spec file lying around in which case you can use that), modify it with the correct setting for that parameter, and then re-apply it. This is a bit cumbersome for what is a pretty simple change. We should instead have a command that allows modifying just this field in an existing service without the extra work.
