Description

In ReplicaReservations::no_reply_t, a callback calls handle_no_reply_timeout()
without first locking the PG.

Introduced in PR#48545 (commit https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/48545/commits/411ea10084033ad69b44f0a04c9e18ab19d43639)
