2023-01-01: brad@danga.com: https://docs.ceph.com/en/quincy/man/8/crushtool/ seems out of date. I'm running the quincy crushtool binary but `# crushtool -i crush.bin --test --show-mappings` results in an error "must specify --num-rep or both --min-rep and --max-rep", but none of those flags are documented at https://docs.ceph.com/en/quincy/man/8/crushtool/
