Description

Useful for integrating with stretch mode, particularly for stretch mode, and even more specifically, is necessary for replacing tiebreaker mon while in stretch mode (https://docs.ceph.com/en/quincy/rados/operations/stretch-mode/#other-commands) without it being a massive pain to do so.
