Description

steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Bootstrap a new cluster (with monitoring enabled)
2) Wait until Prometheus is up&running, check the prometheus.yaml file
3) Deploy nfs with ingress
4) Check newly prometheus.yaml (the file is lacking the target for haproxy)
