Description

Ceph Quay repo has been down since 27th Oct'22.

The website(https://quay.ceph.io/) is not accessible, and pulling an image has also not been possible.

Error observed while pulling an image using podman attached herewith, command - 

podman pull quay.ceph.io/ceph-ci/ceph:208f6a7311ea05486ae599e3b92ea5ffae6450da-crimson

We had an outage in our RHEV cluster and the quay.ceph.io has a corrupted MySQL database, Dan is working on it
