Description

Since Octopus, s3:ListBuckets is limited to rgw_list_buckets_max_chunk buckets in its response due to loss of truncation handling.

I took a look through other uses of the bucket listing operation and there are some cases that look to have never handled truncation correctly; the ones that attempt to handle truncation appear to have been updated correctly during the offending change, so this appears to be the outlier.
