Description

If I run something like

ceph orch daemon redeploy mgr.vm-00.nhtljz --image quay.io/adk3798/ceph:testing2

where mgr.vm-00.nhtljz is the active mgr, a mgr failover will happen and then mgr.vm-00.nhtljz is never actually redeployed with the specified image. It seems that the daemon action scheduled for the redeploy is lost as part of the failover.
