ceph command help is missing set dashboard certificate commands

Description

The command ceph dashboard -h seems to list many other ceph dashboard commands but it is missing the two commands to set dashboard SSL certificate:
  • ceph dashboard set-ssl-certificate
  • ceph dashboard set-ssl-certificate-key

Additionally, querying the help for those commands with ceph dashboard set-ssl-certificate -h does not list it at the end under "Monitor commands" in the same way other commands, for example ceph dashboard set-grafana-api-ssl-verify -h does.
