Provide a way to change installation disk when reimaging via FOG

Description

RHEL9 sees the "main" installation drive as /dev/sdb on the new cali systems (http://wiki.ceph.redhat.com/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=hardware:cali)

However RHEL8 sees it as RHEL8.

When Ceph QE is using teuthology-reimage to reimage the hosts we need teuthology to dynamically change the FOG Host record's "Host Primary Disk" setting accordingly.

I'm envisioning needing a dictionary based on machine type and OS version. For example:

cali:
  rhel8: sdc
  rhel9: sdb

The FOG API should let you change "Host Primary Disk" pretty easily.
