Description

we need a command like "restart" in ceph-deploy, which can be used to restart all or specific daemons on a given node.

For ex:

./ceph-deploy restart osd.0 node1
./ceph-deploy restart all node1

The "restart" command is intended to be used soon after upgrading ceph packages for the upgrade to take effect.
