Add notes to snap-schedule mgr plugin documentation about the handling of time zone for the 'start' time.
Primary question to address:- What is the time zone assumed to be for the start time ?

<mchangir> gauravsitlani, if start time doesn't have time zone info when creating the schedule, it is assumed to be in UTC; else, the timezone in the start date string is used and then mapped to UTC
