Description

Related to https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/56269 which is seen when failing an active mgr. The standby mgr hits a traceback rendering snap_schedule module to be unavailable.

Run mgr plugin tests (snap_schedule, mirroring, stats, volumes) concurrently with mgr failover.

Tested snap_schedule and cephfs-mirroring modules

No issues found other than:

cluster [WRN] Health check failed: Reduced data availability: 3 pgs peering (PG_AVAILABILITY)" in cluster log
