Description
Using Ceph 0.66 and trying to mount RBD via the kernel client in kernels prior to 3.9 causes the following:
[ 486.500886] libceph: mon0 192.168.10.2:6789 feature set mismatch, my 40002 < server's 40040002, missing 40000000
This is apparently a known incompatibility and documented in 0.64. Unfortunately, trying to use Kernel RBD with 0.66 on a pre-3.9 kernel also appears to cause the entire client node to hang a minute or two after the mount attempt is made.

- kenrel should not hang
- we should probably not make pspool the default (and it should happen after we switch to sane crush tunables)
