per customer:

According to [[http://docs.openstack.org/api/openstack-object-storage/1.0/content/special-metadata-acls.html]], a GET request should show the metadata change, but the radosgw swift api doesn't specify. Currently, a GET request doesn't show any ACL metadata. A GET request for an object with custom metadata shows the custom metadata values, so I'm assuming that a GET request for a container should do the same.
