./bin/rados bench 1000 write --admin-socket out/bench.asok -p rbd -b 4096 --debug-ms=1 2>out/bench.stderr
fairly reliably hangs if executed as a script since rados bench will being sending IOs before the final osd comes up. The resulting peering change seems to hang any IOs that get interrupted by peering but don't change primaries.
