Description

The `nfs cluster create/rm` commands triggers asynchronous removal of NFS daemon(s) and ingress service. The creation/deletion of NFS cluster is not complete when the `nfs cluster create/rm` command returns. However, the output message of `nfs cluster create/rm` says that the creation/deletion is complete. This is misleading, and should be corrected.
