Description

When switching between ceph-dev and kcli, one has to manually change the user-name and password in the
"src/pybind/mgr/dashboard/frontend/cypress/support/commands.ts". Its more intuitive to change this in the "src/pybind/mgr/dashboard/frontend/cypress.json" (as its used to modify "baseUrl" and "ignoreTestFiles" too).
