Description

Is it reasonable to backport this fix [0] to Octopus? Fully realize that this relies on other fixes made to the progress module in Pacific/Quincy/master.

Experiencing mgr failovers on OSD addition and the culprit appears to be the progress module. This primarily seems to affect larger clusters.

Alternatively, would disabling the progress bar module by default in Octopus make sense?
